Magos, PPS1981 and tHarcourt, How do you want to run the game tomorrow? Will each army be its own seperate force? IE 2 warlord traits a side and warp charges cannot be shared by teams. Or 1 warlord trait per side and things like warp charges and calculating drop pods entering on turn 1 are done by side?

I would assume the latter, 1 warlord per side, shared psychic dice pool and player forces count as allies of convenience.

Personally I think forces should be separate entities. I would love to use the extra warp charges that daemons would give me but it just doesn't make sense. Lets wait for the Magos to voice his thoughts and if were tied up we can just flip a coin tomorrow or something.

Not that I'm involved in the game, but when I played a doubles match it was a nice touch. The extra Warlord VP was cool and thematic, that was pretty much the only noticeable difference for me.

In the interests of finishing off the turn quickly, it looks like my Imperial Fists will defend Verra from Counterwave's Necrons this saturday. Apologies to Jay and Guin, but the 2v2 was not going to be scheduled for a while. This way the campaign can move on to the next turn, and more games can be scheduled

^ That's a full day written off! Even with a mere 1500 points each that's a bonkers 12000 points on the table.

With a mind on large games, I would absolutely love to get in a high points game where I get to flex a bit more of my collection. It'd be great to put 3-5k on the table and throw down for a few hours. I'm enjoying playing these campaign games so much that I want whatever games I can make it out to play to count toward it (which is like 1-4 games a month really), and the write-up that could be done on such an epic battle?! Oh yes.

Are any of the Chaos/Xenos players interested in fighting such a glorious battle? At 3k I would play only Blood Angels, getting past I would add in Deathwing (to force me to build some models) or Guard (to further procrastinate on putting models together).
